The Sentinel HERS Custom Women’s FR Coverall is purpose-built for women who work in demanding industrial environments. Unlike traditional flame-resistant coveralls adapted from men’s sizing, HERS coveralls are designed around a woman’s body with a properly shaped crotch, proportioned arm and leg lengths, and improved room through the hips for a safer, more comfortable fit.

Made from lightweight 5.6 oz Sentinel Flex inherently flame-resistant modacrylic fabric, these women’s FR coveralls provide dependable protection while allowing greater flexibility and all-day mobility. The fabric meets NFPA 2112, delivers CAT 2 protection, and has an 8.4 cal/cm² arc rating. Because the flame resistance is built directly into the fibers, the protective properties will not wash out or wear away.

A built-in adjustable Velcro belt system helps create a secure, customized fit at the waist. Convenient side zippers are designed to make bathroom breaks faster and easier without requiring the wearer to remove the entire coverall. Reinforced double stitching improves durability in high-stress areas, making these custom women’s coveralls ideal for oil and gas, electrical, welding, mining, construction, utilities, and industrial maintenance.
